I've worked with Darrell Larson American Family Insurance for 18 years until he retired this year and moved his "practice" to downtown and John Greene is our new guy. if you can wait until storms, maybe they'll be a wind rain storm...you know how April storms can be. I can't believe that anyone would trust anything to City Auto Plaza if they don't take responsibility for it while they have it in there shop. I would call the better business bureau and inform them of the situation then find out what your rights are. My friend had issues with them over charging her and had yo sue them but she was compensated.
