  Can anyone give me an insurance agent suggestion? We are purchasing an income property (rental house) that needs new shingles among all other work. Old ones are t-lock 20 years old. Will be one of the first upgrades we do in the remodel. However, we need RENTAL HOUSE INSURANCE at time of loan closing and to begin the remodel of entire house. Who will insure at the onslaught of this process? Thanks for any help!

  I've worked with Darrell Larson American Family Insurance for 18 years until he retired this year and moved his "practice" to downtown and John Greene is our new guy. if you can wait until storms, maybe they'll be a wind rain storm...you know how April storms can be.
