Thank you Amber. I'm usually awake at 3 am too so I'm here to help if anyone needs it. I also teach newborn care to nannies and in Spring of 2017 I'm planning on setting up Post-Natal groups in the North West to help teach parents the practical sides of caring for newborns as well as offering emotional support. I have spoken with Amber about setting up a one of meeting for members of this group to help do some sleep trouble shooting if anyone is interested.x
