I don't have specific names but out of experience this is the direction I found most effective: I workout regularly and use heavy weights. I've suffered endless injuries like this that left me in agonizing pain. The most effective in this case is not a bones Dr. Or sergeant. You need a really good chiropractor (which 4 me was my cousin in the states so I don't know anyone here) and most Importantly a decent certified personal trainer who will give you right exercises 2 ease pain, preferably one of the foreign freelance trainers that you hier per session . Hope you feel better I know how painful it is.
