Not the answer you're looking for - but have you contacted your vet and/or a compounding pharmacy to see if the medication can be given another way (by pill, injection, transdermally) or maybe compounded to taste better? There are some gel-caps that will hold liquids, though I couldn't find any small enough locally last time I checked (would have to order online). It will likely be cheaper - and less stressful - than having someone stop by 3 times a day.
