Momentum health clinics have a ton of stuff, I've been going to one for physio for ages but they also have massage therapists at some locations plus a bunch of other stuff.

Sarah Goddard at Life ‘n Balance Wellness. I tried a lot of M/T before but she is amazing.

Not a massage therapist but Hot Yoga on 17 th saved my back after dealing with debilitating pain. Right by you, which is why I’m recommending. Tim or Jared at Apex massage (10 minute drive from Killarney) are awesome.

Twayla at Intrinsi on 17 th Ave is incredible for massage therapy! They also have chiropractors and osteopaths at that clinic as well!

Hello, I am a massage therapist that works out of Westbrook Family Chiropractic. I also offer dynamic silicone cupping without the extra cost: the benefits are really worth it. Contact me if you have any questions about massage or pain management.

Have you tried a physio? RMTs can help too but phyios are generally well worth it.

Champions RMT, Tibor is amazing. Great location in the beltline.

Andrea at Dot Calm. Based on your name I'm assuming what candy store you own and I want to say your sour candy is the absolute best.

Rachelle at Evolve Chiropractic and Wellness is unreal. She specializes in injuries (mostly neck but great with backs too). I'd recommend booking in for only half an hour because she's not a relaxing massage therapist, she works the area to help heal. Definitely follow her recommendations after for either ice or heat and lots of water. I am also a big fan of their physios and chiros there too. They have two locations, one on 8 th ave downtown and one on 5 th ave, Rachelle splits her time between both.
