I would highly recommend Nick Martins Driving School. Son turned 17 at the end of May, pass his theory test first time and he has his practical test this Thursday(fingers cross). Can't recommend them enough, they have been outstanding..

Is it insurance for a learner or just passed their test? Collingwood are good for learners. My son went with Tesco with a black box once he had passed his test. His driving instructor was Lesley Kermath-Dunipace at Learn to Drive. He passed within 6 weeks of learning. Very patient female instructor.
