I know all of these Doctors as I am drug rep and Dr. Demario is very smart but he is all business and he will make sure you are compliant and that you are helped. Only thing is he does not do weekends or work past 4 usually. The other Doctor in that practice is Matzoni. Dr. Daecher is good but her hours are even more limited. Dr. Ameigh is super nice. Dr. Eghartner is awesome.

I would suggest making an appt with your GP and seeing what they say. Might be simple, might not be. Only a doctor could tell you. Anyone on here that is not a doctor, but is giving medical advice is just practicing mental masturbation. Orthopedic Institute of PA (OIP) has a great team. I recommend them.

Sarah Witmer I am being treated by a team of Docs at OIP who are caring and they take time to listen. I am getting a nerve test done tomorrow actually. They also avoid giving you drugs. I would personally recommend Dr. Daniel Kambic who is a D.O., he's now part of Pinnacle and located in a beautiful new office on Front Street in Steelton. He is not my physician but was my parents' for many years, and he was extremely caring and stepped outside the usual bounds for doctors, even attending my mother's viewing when she passed away. They don't make 'em like this anymore.

All Better Care on the Carlisle Pike diagnosed me after being mis-diagnosed by my family doc twice.

Dr Theresa Burick doesn’t take insurance but she charges a flat fee for Concierge service I think I it’s called. That means she has a smaller practice and is available more often for her patients…She is amazing, But I believe the price is pretty steep.

Dr. Scott Setzer has a concierge practice - he charges an annual fee. He was an amazing doctor when we had him when he still accepted insurance.

Shepardstown Family Practice is great

Shepardstown family practice. I see Dr. Baja there and just started going a few months ago but she was the first Dr. I had that was genuinely concerned about any symptoms or problems I have. Even at my first check up when I had a list of things to discuss she took the time to deal with all of them and didn't rush me out the room. They are great!!!

Dr. Herzog in Mechanicsburg does functional/integrative medicine. But the accepted insurance plans are limited.

My son sees Dr. Cincotta. I've seen many doctors throughout my life (and I'm not very old) but this was the first practice I've been with that has genuinely cared and as a first time mother doesn't treat me like I don't know what I'm doing and seems to really put effort in getting to the bottom of things. I would recommend them over and over again!!!

Kim I'm not sure what you mean by alternative care but my friend said that what she liked most about Dr. Hutchinson (who is a woman) was that she offered more natural ways to treat some issues she is dealing with than to treat with prescriptions. I switched doctors because my previous doctor didn't take the time to listen to me. I have had my fair share of health issues to deal with over my 43 years on this earth and most have taken place over the last 13 years. The whole event snowballed into major life changing events that are more frustrating than anything I have ever dealt with. Sabrina took the time to listen to all my frustrations, issues, things I have tried in the past that didn't work, my options for now and for what to do in the future if the things she prescribed didn't work this time. I haven't had doctors like the ones I have found in this practice since I was in Texas.

Cumberland Center for Natural Health.... Dr. Richwine owns the practice. He is a DO, and prefers to handle his patients osteopathically before shoving a prescription at them. He also prefers to only take patients who he thinks he can help.

I see Dr. Yang at Mechanicsburg family practice. She has an amazing view on treating patients, does not medicate unless its really necessary, and sees my entire family. You will like her

I would like to recommend Tamara Oser out of Penn State Hershey in Camp Hill but last I checked, she was not taking new patients....that being said, perhaps someone else within the practice might be as open minded and accommodating as she is?

I recommend John Hopkins for Pediatric specialty care. Hershey was full and though it is about 1.5 hours away, the staff and dolce are great. We have been really satisfied.

The nice thing about Camp Hill is that if you do need specialists outside the area, you are an hour and a half from Johns-Hopkins and Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia, and three hours from NYC.

We are Heritage fans. Also have always seen Doctor Burks from the time of birth. The man doctor there I will never see but the staff is awesome otherwise.

Love JDC pediatrics. Im sure we have seen all the Drs there at some point but Dr Setzer has been amazing .....she is honest, conservative when she can be, thorough and always listens to my concerns and takes what i have to say seriously and into consideration!

We love pinnacle on Market! Dr. Burks is my daughter's pediatrician and she's been great.

Just want to add how much we love Heritage Peds as well. Great front staff and wonderful doctors. They also have a Nurse Practitioner who we adore. My children range in ages from 11-4. Great practice.

My son who is 15 now had been a patient of JDC up until he was 10 when we switched him to our family doc.. They are amazing.. Yiu won't be disappointed.. If Dr Sangillo or Dr Mosher are there, they are awesome.

I used dr acherman from Arlington group. He was great!! I Had bilateral knee pain that turned out to be Lyme disease. Good Luck!!

I like Dr. Boal at OIP. He just gave me a shot in the knee (syn-visc) to hold me over for a knee replacement. So far, so good.

Dr Lippe at OIP is the very BEST knee dr in this area. Replaced both my knees. Perfect!
