There is a fabulous specialist in State College called Metzger Animal Hospital. Our newf had a collapsed lung and pneumonia in February and they were able to save her. Our local vet said reinflating her lung was out of her wheelhouse.

Tri County in Loysville is a lower cost vet, but perhaps Perry County Rescue in Millerstown could take in this kitten & give it the attention it needs? Not sure how many vets have hours on Sun that you wouldn't be charged as an emergency appt. Hope you're able to help the little one.:/
