I'd love to offer a class for pre-teens/teens at Om Baby, I just don't have the time to be the one to teach it. ;-) Seppi Garrett - Where is Jess Bell going to offer the class you speak of? If you don't have a location for a large group, Om Baby is available for an after school class on Mondays and Wednesdays. After school for us. The middle school gets out at 3. Even Friday afternoon. Saturday between 10 and 1. Unfortunately, Sunday night is choir practice and Youth Group at our church. I could only teach on Sunday at 5 pm. Teens is not my area of experience, so I don't know that I'm the best choice for an instructor. Although I do have training that went up to that age group. It looks like interest is more for an after school class. I'm not available to teach at that time, but if someone else is, the space is open on M, W, F. I believe that we will have more than enough participants locally, Seppi. Where is/will Jess be holding classes? I have a friend that is a Yoga Instructor, and also has a wonderful line of Yoga products geared toward early learning for children/pre-teens, in fact Genna practices her poses using his figurines. Rayz Odyssey. Honestly, I have used the figurines myself... wonderful reference for poses that can then be practiced at home, or anywhere.

Anyone with teenage daughters will agree that when they say they "want to exercise" jumps on the chance to move on this quickly!! I'd like her off of her electronics and moving her muscles tomorrow if possible!! Ha Ha. If Jess is interested on taking on some students, could she contact me so that I can act on this before the interest wanes? There are several small business Yoga studios in the area and not a one offers classes for teens. Untapped market .....

We have many amazing instructors. I teach yoga core at 9 am Tuesdays and Sunrise Flow 6 am Wednesdays (a yoga/pilates combo). We have classes 7 days a week. Lots of choice. Hope to see you there. Just Plain Yoga is great!!

Bikram - that's hard core! Just plain yoga is great, and Bee Present Wellness has good options too - especially if you're interested in Kundalini, though they do other types there too. I'd call each place and ask questions . Then you'll have to try and see what's a better fit. I think Just Plain Yoga has a groupon for new members.

My fiance John is Site Tech/ Maintenance there. Nice place to live.
