Any South Bay dentist recommendations? Loved our old dentist but not happy with dentist who took over his practice. Los Gatos/Campbell/Saratoga area.

As you know, Kelly, I've been to many dentists and more than I care to think about. There are two I would recommend: (1) Dr. Gregg Trent, Los Gatos http://www.greggtrentdds.com/ (my best friend's brother and he's excellent and (2) Dr Rahimi, Los Gatoshttp://rahimidds.com/

My good friend Deb is Dr. Riccoboni's hygenist...He's also a good dentist. Deb's been with him for many years!
Arlene B. replied:
Valerie, I don't know Deb. Dr. Riccoboni has a few dental hygienists. Mine is Laura.

I _highly_ recommend Fella Bennyami in Mountain View. I live in SJ and it is worth the drive. My husband is incredibly picky and really likes her attention to detail, and the friend who recommended her to me has kids and says she's great with them. http://www.fellabenyammidds.com/aboutus.html
Arlene B. replied:
My dentist is great. I have been going to him for many years and I have recommended him to several others. Here's his website: http://www.riccobonidental.com/ The dental hygienist there is also fantastic. Let me know if you want additional information.
Renee V. replied:
Kelly and Justin: same situation for me. Our dentist was Dr. Keller (off of Bascom), who passed away. We really liked him, personally and professionally.
Kelly B. replied:
Justin Miller our dentist was dr Steven Keller too
Oh my gosh, I love my dentist!! If your looking for one, pm me. She is awesome! ( not to mention gorgeous! )

Wisdom tooth question... ness's are coming in and causing her a lot of pain. Who do I call? Pediatrician, oral surgeon (I have one in mind thanks to Nathan), or dentist?...
Jilly L. replied:
Dr. B always says to give them a week off after but if u do it a Thursday or Friday that way u have the weekend, that sometimes works. Depends on the teeth n how impacted they are. We had a patient that had them out n went fishing the same day! I however, was a chipmunk for over a week after but back to work after a few days. Good luck! Hope she feels better!
Jilly L. replied:
Call her dds to get a referral then go see oral surgeon. Dr Masoomi in Cupertino is really good! But he's very pricey. Dr Bohannan is someone we usually refer to also he is on Forest n is not as pricey a lot of o.s. Offices charge for evaluations so ask first before u see more than one, ins may cover one then not the other bcuz there's a limit on how many they allow.
