Cobblestone, try property management agencies in CR, lots out there for 2-3 bedrooms (900-1100) but u may need to be in a townhouse.

I agree with Candice Spain do not use the Realtor that is selling the house you look at, Deb Gyles at Royal Lepage very helpful. And if you are not already, go thru a Mortgage Broker not a Bank as they shop around and get you the best interest rate.

Kathleen, I dont know of realtors can go from Courtenay to CR. Gerry Chwelos is ours, and he is very good. Conciencious, hard working, and honest. We used him, and he is very personable. He will also let you know what you should do to help sell your house for the best price, and faster.
