Oscar didn't actually move his restaurant, he already had several. He owns Salsitas in Kent, Youngstown and Austintown. Followed him from Casa Perez in Canal Fulton, to his 2 different locations of Chips and Salsa at Beldon. The new owners seem nice and they kept Oscars cooks, along with several of his wait staff.

Even better place is Casa Del Mar in Norton. They are located by 76 on Cleveland Massillon rd . Great food even better prices.
