Erica Gatlin--you might try "Task Rabbit." You join, post the job you want done, and one of their prescreened people offers to do it for you! My boss uses them frequently for weird little jobs that the true professionals don't seem to have time for. Cause really, anyone can fix your swingset. Staining is very simple, and tightening bolts couldn't be much easier! We had a guy come in just to refinish the top of two old file cabinets!
