Annelies, Thanks for the photo and update. The lip tissue will heal. It's good that it involves the primary teeth, and not a permanent tooth. Keep ice on it. You might also try some child's motrin to reduce swelling. Watch for sensitivity, and for tooth darkening. Those would be bad signs. Sorry, I don't know any Akron dentists.

Canton South Dental can't get him in until the end of August. So I might call them later and have them be their Dentist on a regular basis since they do accept the insurance but we will be going to Cuyahoga Falls tomorrow to my dentist office so they can get an x-ray and what not.

Mary Buckeye, he is going to see my dentist tomorrow so they can get x-rays and get a better look. Poor kids face and lip is so swollen it is sad looking at it.

We see Dr Aranmolate at the canton pediatric dental center. We used to see Dr Kheterpal and hated her, as have most of the other moms I've spoken with in the waiting room at Dr A's office.

Dr. Girdlestone rocks!! After my son had outpatient surgery on s. mouth ( he was 4) he called to check on him at home and gave me his cell just in case I needed him.

I just switched from Dr. Khetarpal to Dr. Su. I really like the atmosphere at Dr. Su's office and my 4 year old always hated going to the dentist but looks forward to going to Dr. Su.

The Buckeye Dental Group is not a pediatric dentist. They see children who can handle being at the dentist. Is this for Annabelle, Kara?

We go to Buckeye Dental! We love ALL of their dentists!!! Have been going there since they graduated from college. They are young & all 4 girls & my hubby love them!

We have always gone to Dr. Girdlestone and never had any issues.

Girdlestone is THE BEST. Sorry Rachel - I'm sure you've had a good experience - but Emily went to Dr Su a few times and they believe in holding kids down and forcing them to cooperate. I could hear Emily screaming from the lobby...also they didn't give her any anesthesia when they filled a cavity!! When we started going to Girdlestone, they said they've heard similar stories from many people.

Libby Neely, we had an AWFUL experience at Su as well! My sil is a hygentist at Girdlestone & we have been nothing but pleased with him & his team!

The pediatric dentist Sean went to was Dr. Khetarpal and he has had dentist issues ever since. He does well with Dr. Company though!

Dr Kheterpal really screwed up Moriah's mouth when she was little (you should see the pictures)! Guess you could say we have had our share of dental trauma!

Actually buckeye dental sees my special needs dgtr & Dr. Bach is the only one who does not restrain her and she sits very quietly. He develops a trust with the children . We've been to many "pediatric dentists" and none compare

It is about twenty minutes from Canton, but we go to Sandyvalley dental. They have been working on all of us since Teyah was little. Brayden loves it so much he wants to be a Dentist. The kids get excited to go to the dentist and I, terrified of the dentist, have had nothing but wonderful care.

I love Dr. Cain!!! She is great!!!! She is located right next to TGI Fridays in Belden!!!! My whole family goes to her!!! Young and adorable!!!

Dr. Darr is amazing or Dr. Armmalate...they are in the same practice and I work with them a lot at Mercy. And Dr. Darr is a dear friend of mine!

The Harrison building over across from Timken Mercy Hospital they are excellent!!

Luke is scared to death of dentist and always have had problems with any dentist we had gotten put out of a lot of dentist offices because of his behavior of being scared, so we went to the one across from Timken Mercy Hospital in the Harrison building and they had no problems with him, and he loves them not scared none what so ever, they are very very kid friendly. They dread up for the kids in different character fits and tvs all over the place. I just love it.

Best dentist is Michael Thomas on Portage but the new young Dentist in Dr Cohen office is great

im telling you my guy Philip Hernandez he has a little thing going on in his basement on his work bench its not much but its cheap tell him jake sent you lol

Dr. Omar Salem is a great orthodontist at Cobbs Corner. My two daughters go there.
