As you phone- Get Rh Number and the official that would "Stand Down" (Badge Number If and when they did witness and offense and did not issue penalty ...at the scene, - Brad would you be able to "record" this Situation re the water wastage as it happens- and perhaps we could start with name and shame... send footage to me and I will gladly post it under my name...I am so ready for any form of Unofficial Visits and or encounters with individuals that think they can intimidate people if and when they got caught out.. very much "taxi ( Sweeper") mentality- And thank you for your observation and question .
