I live a little south of Seattle. Are you going to live outside or in the city proper? There are very few barns in the city limits, most will require a 30 to 45 minute drive. The enumclaw area has a lot of good jumping barns. I recommend Teresa Leahy at the Back Forte (they have a website). Last I checked there, full care board is $500 per month, the facility is very nice. Leases are common enough, and if you can't find one, lesson horses can also be found. Good luck in your move!
