Maxillo Facial surgeon: definitely Dr Ismail at Garden City Clinic. He is excellent and is completely covered by medical aid. My husband just had surgery with him that cost over R30 000 total. We did not have to pay one cent. Not even for the consult, and his work was excellent. He also works with an amazing and very clued up Anethatist. The day ward where he places his patients at garden city has wonderful nurses. They were very professional and caring. I was a nervous wreck outside theatre as my husband flat lined years ago under anasthetic (totally different doctor, unrelated) and one of the nurses sat with me and kept me calm and even went to theatre to get updates for me. Such an amazing experience from start to finish.

Not really in the Greenside area - but nevertheless an amazing doctor! Dr Richard Bryant and the Moyo Clinic - the Flora hospital.

Dr Bryant - contracted in, understanding and as much as his job description is to 'pull teeth' out he tries his utmost best to save your teeth - because your own tooth is better than an implant!! (His words), he remembers you by name and can tell me my entire history when I phone him and he always makes time to directly talk to you rather than make you come in if it is not needed. He is one of the if not the nicest doctor I have ever come across smile emoticon
