There are honestly too many good ones for me to suggest any but I would say definitely look at doing the wine tram. It's an old train that moves between a couple of wine farms (theres a few choices as to which route you take) and you don't have to do any driving. Definitely worth it

Vergelegen in Somerset West is amazing! To be honest, I'm not sure how touring the wine side of things works, but I've spent hours wandering the historical house and grounds. If you can travel a little further out (near to Paarl), consider visiting Fairview. Amazing paired cheese and wine tasting. And as an added bonus, just down the road from there is a place called DV Artisan Chocolates, where you can take part in a chocolate tasting. I believe they might also offer a coffee tasting, and there's a glassblower on the premises as well. Enjoy your trip!

I really liked Clos Malverne when I visited back in 2016, but I by no means sampled every vineyard. The countryside around Stellenbosch is incredible. I love the drive through Franschhoek.
