Dr. Walker passed. That's who delivered mine first 2 plus the one I'm carrying. Now they put me with gates and he seems very nice and so far no issues with him. All my pregnancies have been with New Horizons

Dr. Paul Cruz in Herrin/Marion, IL area 618-993-5767 He takes medical card, I go to him & have the medical card. He is a little old fashion but a great OBGYN.

Carbondale memorial hospital is the absolute best. New horizons obgyn is connected right there and any Dr. There will be awesome. They accept med card.

I am sure every doc in Southern IL so I will just give a bit of advice to help narrow it down. Stick to Carbondale Hospital they are the best around.

Dr. Cruz delivered all four of my children. Very laid back an very caring. Nurses are also great.

Dr. Bishop in Carbondale he is head of obstetrics he's over all the docs in new herizon he has delivered my baby and my sisters 3 and my oldest sisters 1 he cares about all his patients and the baby's. He is always there when you need him when your in labor he won't leave the hospital like most doctors will. He takes his time to get to know each person he sees if you have any medical history he will do his homework and attend to your every needs. I including my sisters all the a bleeding disorder which is a joint and tissue disorder called platelet strorage pool disorder and ehlers-danlos is he stayed up late and in the office late to study what kind of bleeding disorder we had and always made sure ours and baby's safety was first. He is an incredible doctor I would refer him to anyone!!! He is at Shawnee women's health over by the hospital garage his number is 618-457-0465

Dr Joyner is excellent I had a hard time with my baby an he was always there an still is hes at women's health care clinic in marion

Dr. Bishop was wonderful and completely supported me with my second pregnancy. My primary wanted me to opt for a c section since my first was, but Bishop encouraged me to go for the vbac like I wanted. I had a successful vbac and he checked on me regularly even though I wasn't "his" to worry about. I will use him for the next one.

Dr Cruz is also really good throughout your whole labor process as well. Two of my pregnancies were induced and one came on his own. Not only is he good with you but your family as well thats in the labor room with you.

Dr. Douglas Gates is an absolute amazing doctor. He has wonderful bedside Manor and truly loves his job and pregnancy. He also let's dad help deliver baby. He also stand in front of u and let's u lean on him if u have a c section and talks to u the whole time to help keep u calm. I am done having babies but he will be my regular ob/gyn for all my female stuff. Love love him!!!

Not a fan of Jones because shes not an on call doctor so that means whatever doctor is in the hospital at the time of your baby being born is the doctor that will deliver your baby. That happened to me with my first child. I had to have a totally different doctor deliver my baby.

My son has hydrocephalus as well. We have an AMAZING and cutting edge doctor. He is through All Childrens Hospital in St Petersburg, FL. Look up Institute of Neruoscience on the hospital website. You won't be disappointed!!!

The 9 th doctor (or newer episodes) are good. For sure David Tennent is my favorite Doctor and the Matt Smith. It was kinda silly in the start but hands down became one of my absolute favorites.
