Pediatricians in Carbondale, IL

Dr. Pavlovich has made some bad calls in my personal experience with him. I wouldn't send my worst enemy's dog to him, but that's just me. Dr. Bleichner has been nothing but great!! She is my daughter's ped, and will be my son's when he gets here in May. She has given me great all natural alternatives, and quickly responds when I call in with a question. We love her!

Dr. Bashkar is a joke. He screwed up circumsizing my son and now he has to deal with this his whole life. No fixng that

I called Marion, I used to see Dr. Katibug when Reddy interned under him.

I'm sure there is a lot of good ones and it'll depend on what you want in a pediatrician...I take my son (who's almost 2) to Dr. Korte in Carbondale at the Center for Medical Arts. I chose her because I wanted one Dr that he would see every time not 3 different Dr's that share a practice or a PA and I wanted someone young enough that I didnt have to worry about them retiring before he was grown! And I haven't been disappointed at all...she's a great Dr! There's no such thing as a stupid question with her and she is so great with our little boy!

my mom is a family nurse practitioner in Sesser. She is great with kids. the clinic is called christapher rural health. Her name is Renee Kohlman. They take medical card there.

Dr. AlSharif! We fought for months to find out what was wrong with my daughter & after seeing everyone at pediatric group in Marion (Dr. Reddy & all his staff) She was the one that sent for xrays and referred us to Cardinal Glennon. My daughter was str uggling to breathe and they all acted like it was no big deal... She ended up having tumors on her larynx blocking her airway. Thank goodness we took her to see Dr. AlSharif!

Due to the fact that Dr. Bhaskar left the practice and went back home, Dr. Reddy himself is not taking any new patients because he took over Dr. Bhaskar ' s patient load as well. When a new provider starts later this year (around June I believe ) that will change. I know that if we have not seen a patient in a certain amount of time, they are re-entering the practice as a new patient. We have locations in Carbondale, Marion, Harrisburg and WF. We really do our best and love our patients! Hope this helps!

don't ever subject your child to Dr. Chediak's care

My children have Dr. Churling Center for Medical Arts Carbondale. I chose her because I liked her when my older sister's children went to her. My cousins and younger sisters chose her partner Dr. Pavlovich. I have had the pleasure of meeting him during their visits or when Dr. Churling is on vacation and I take my kids for acute care. He is great as well.

I highly suggest Dr. Reddy. I'm 18 and he is still my doctor. He has been my doctor since he started there. He is very nice and easy to get along with. I've probably seen everyone that works there are they will all answer any questions that you have and are super nice people.

Dr Bashkar is at Dr Reddys office. He is amazing also. They are both great but Bashkar is my favorite.

Dr. Purdy with Pediatric Group 993-0404. He worked with Dr Katubig until he retired. I am SUPER picky with doctors after working around them behind the scenes.:)

Amanda Bleichner...Carbondale Clinic though...she is great! Korte is good too but not taking new patients.

Dr Reddy has a great PA named Annie Imboden.

My kids go to Dr. Lopez in Marion. I think he may be taking new patients next month?

Dr. Ready is great they are located near the hospital.

Dr. Korte is amazing but her office is in the old Carbondale Clinic building.

@Kimberly...it's Dr Reddy with Pediatric Group. He's great, but not sure if he personally is taking patients but there are several pediatricians & midlevels (PAs & NPs) that are. I love working here in the WF office!:)

We saw Dr. Korte before we left the area. She was a great dr!

We have Dr. Korte, and like her pretty well. Her Nurse Practitioner is really awesome too. The only experience we had with Bleichner was in the hospital right after Luca was born, which was not the best.

I don't have kids but I work with Dr Bleichner at the hospital and really like her. The whole group she works with is great:)

I took Hailey to see her once when I couldn't get her into Dr Pav. She is Awesome with kids. Even tells the kids to call her Dr. Amanda

You should go to Dr. Korte cause her nurses are great .

We go to Dr. Korte and absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE HER:) I have talked to Bleicher on the phone when she was on call and she seems very nice, but I'm super partial to Dr. Korte:)

Tandy Korte at Center for Medical Arts, she only accepts newborns (so youll have to choose her at the hospital after having baby) but she is the best in the business. my son adores her and out of all the people i know who has her as their pediatritian ive never heard one complaint.

We go to Dr. Garrison at st clair pediatrics off of frank Scott in fairview. The whole practice is great, And, if you have a nighttime scare, they connect you directly to one of the doctors.

Thankfully Benny has never been sick.
