I've used Ruth Murphy at Back in Action (based in David Lloyd, Ipswich Road) for physio on a knee injury last year and would highly recommend. Does 7 am sessions on request too which helped with work etc. In think it was about £30/£35 per session but you'll have to check as my work's medical insurance paid. Others may be able to recommend physios with a more running background.
