Anyone have a recommendation for a good allergist (in Carmel or Indy) for me and my daughter (age 12) that will consider/test for environmental and maybe even...
Rachel F. replied:
Nick saw Dr. Holbreich for years. We were there at least monthly, some years weekly for 5 years for his shots. The office staff is great. He's in Carmel. Nick is symptom free after 5 years of shots! Wouldn't even know the kid ever had allergies!
Karen O. replied:
Richard Halstead in Mooresville did a comprehensive blood work on me for my food allergies!
Anne P. replied:
Dr. David Patterson... Academy Asthma Allergy & Sinus in Fishers. Awesome!! He's on the Indy's Top Doctors list (in Indianapolis Monthly) EVERY year. He usually runs an ad in Seton's bulletin... his wife is a parishioner.

Tracy Hacker that would e great! And everyone else, thanks for the input. I truly think it's mostly environmental but kind of figure why not check everything. We have both had a rough winter and her pediatrician is recommending it. She gave us some names too but I love being able to get quick referrals from friends too!
Stacey W. replied:
Dr. Wu!!
Kris W. replied:
I'd of course highly recommend Dr. Wu too BUT he is retiring in April!!!:(((
Jim H. replied:
Kenya. Darcy goes to Matt Bruns in Noblesville. He has done testing on Darcy and jimmy and Darcy is undergoing a series of shots. Matt is a close personal friend and a great guy.
Cheryl B. replied:
Dr. Patterson does sublingual drops now instead of allergy shots if you choose to go that route. Amy did shots for years, but both girls are now doing their "shots" the European way. They do them everyday at home, so it is very convenient.
Lisa M. replied:
Aidan goes to Dr. Patterson. He is at 37 and 146. They see adults and children. I hope you don't need anything beyond a consultation
Kim K. replied:
We also go to Dr. Patterson...personally we liked his approach better than Hubbard...more of a minimal approach vs. the crazy amount of meds that Hubbard wanted to put Kaylin on.
Anyone in the Fishers area have an allergist they would recommend?
Tamara M. replied:

Stephanie A. replied:
Dr. Patterson at Academy Allergy Asthma and Sinus! Great place. I've been going there for 6 years...most of the patients are kids. He is one of Indianapolis Monthly's top doctors almost every year! They are at 37 and 146 th next to the Community building.
Susan S. replied:
Adam, Luke, and I have all seen Dr Patterson and his NP. They are great!
