If you cannot find anyone, Dr. Toni Young Norman in wf takes payments and she is great. She did my braces when I was in jr. High and she is doing my 8 year olds now. We love her.

Shawnee Dental Clinic in Carbondale will take the card for emergency services only. I don't know if the braces would be considered medical emercency or cosmetic. They would have to make that determination.

They actually have a walk-in clinic Monday-Thursday but you have to be there either at 8:30 am or 1 pm.. They may not take her because of her age though, a lot of them won't until 5, but I'm not sure about them.. You may have to go to a pediatric dentist.. Mine go to Kool Smiles in Evansville and love it and I'm pretty sure they take the medical card
