call the Corp office and demand some one who knows what they are talking about. Corp doesn't like getting calls so they want to solve issues real fast. 215-286-1700 this is Philly. remind them that the FCC nailed them just last year and you will have no problems contacting the FCC again. If they have a Bev returning your call try not to deal with her.
