They rushed over one time while we were away because a storm was coming, just to make sure our girls were safe, and one time I was even able to call them because we couldn't make it home and they came over to check on them to make sure they were ok... they are fabulous! Dogs Best Friend for sure, they are really great! They are open 7 days a week and do boarding as well as doggy daycare. I've been taking my pup there since January (he's a little over a year). They care for him so well and he is always super tired (from playing) when he comes home. They will follow any special instructions you have, environment is very dog friendly, as well as really kept clean! Very reasonable prices and they have discounts for military, hospital staff, seniors, and chamber of commerce.

Lindsey Williamson is AMAZING! She grew up on a farm and is so great with all animals. She has dog/cat sat for me many times and is flexible with your pets needs, loves taking dogs on walks and she even gave my dog medication when he had cancer. It's nice to have someone that you can trust being in your home and she is very trustworthy! I'm not going to put her cell phone number on this post but can give you her work number. She manages a salon, Lavish in downtown Southern Pines, the number is 910-246-0278. I can think of at least 4 other people that she house sits for regularly that could give you recommendations for her and her quality of work. She has some clients that go on extended business trips or vacations and has stayed in their homes for over a month at a time. She enjoys taking care of animals and keeping them comfortable at home and out of kennels, not as her full time job, so her prices are very reasonable.
