Has any had a bad experience with Grease Monkey? It looks like they may have had some bad reviews on google that may have been deleted. I'm only looking for a new oil...

I have been going to Big O Tire by Safeway for years for oil changes and all other work. Those guys will always treat you right!

I use Grease Monkey all the time. I drive a 2013 & 2009 Mercedes Benz and use them cause I can get it done quickly, and they let me watch them as they are working. I bring my own oil ( Royal Purple 5W-20) and my own Oil Filter. I don't have them check the other stuff, or wash the windows and all that. Just the oil. Never once had a problem...AND, the best part, they are partnered with CarFax. So it will show your service records when someone pulls a carfax on your car!

Jennifer Griffin Luedtke thank you! Azure, we would love to have your business. For an accurate price quote it is probably best to call my husband, Chris Vogel down at the shop 303-954-9031. We are a small family owned shop that can do all the same services as "the big guys"
Laura J. replied:
I thought Grease Monkey was WAY over-priced and, after keeping me waiting more than minutes longer than expected, admitted they didn't have the air filter for my Grand Caravan and had sent an employee to another shop for it.

I would never go to a "chain" for an oil change. It is the single most important thing you can do for your car. I use a place called Snodgrass Auto. He is reasonably priced for being private, but most importantly he checks out the test of your vehicle yet will never tell you your car needs a service that it doesn't. He rents a bay in the industrial area near napa close to wolfensberger
Where is the best/most reliable place in Castle Rock to get an oil change?
Cameo P. replied:
I really like Christian Brothers Automotive near the Outlets.

Vogel Automotive on Jerry St . I've been there quite a few times.

Vogel, 1 Stop and Wessbecker are all family owned & highly recommended by people that I know. I use 1 Stop. The owner lives in my neighborhood. http://www.1 stoptireandauto.com
