I read the HOA rules for my neighborhood (The Meadows) before I began looking at homes by calling the HOA and having it emailed to me, that was in 2005. Not wanting to jump into the above back-and-forth on how silly some rules are, just confused by the comments about not having access to them until after you made an offer or closed the deal.
