Anyone have a good recommendation for a reputable oral surgeon to remove molars and impacted wisdom teeth for a teenager?

Dr. Hishmeh. We loved him and his staff.

LOVE Dr. Nessif! He did mine which were all impacted and has done oral surgery on my Mom and grandparent-in-laws as well, he is a wonderful doctor and a super nice guy! http://www.centralmarylandoms.com/meet-richard-Nessif.html
Amy J. replied:
Dr. Sherman would be my second choice. Can't imagine a better experience than what we had with Hishmeh. He had done work on Sarah and Paul and was recommended to us.
Marina M. replied:
Dr, Paul German...the best. He worked on both my daughters, and they barely swelled, and he talked to them, not me. Dr. Sherman is a good back up.

Has anyone here been treated for TMJ/TMD? What did you have done to fix it? Did you use a dentist or MD oral surgeon?
Andrea K. replied:
Sarah Harding, been dealing with it for about four years now. I see a dentist who specializes in nothing but TMJ (referred by my dentist). I wear a bite guard religiously, don't chew gum, avoid bagels and other chewy foods. When it gets really bad, a round of oral steroids is the only thing that helps. I take them 3-4 times per year. I'm really sorry. It's sucky chronic pain without a lot of options.
