Erika Hankins Boaz The definitive answer is, "It depends" What's the cause of the short striding? Massage will help move toxins and lengthen short muscles. Chiropractic helps if the issue is more skeletal. Acupressure helps with imbalances in the organ systems, muscles, tendons and ligaments as well as emotional issues. I have horses with Metabolic Syndrome (Insulin Resistance), so Acupressure along with diet, proper hoof trim and exercise helps them. Chiropractic is good for sciatic pain. I go to Fremont Chiropractic on Latigo Lane kinda behind and to the left of Chilies. He also has a physical therapist. I go to Dr Young. Dr. Graham is also there.
