Bakit near terminals? Sugbutel is cheap, pero malayo sa terminal. Try airbnb, baka may mura. Expressinn sa mabolo is also nice, walkimg distance sa sm, one ride to ayala andcebu downtown para tour... ang dami ko pang gusto ishare kaya lng nasa tablet ako. Pm me or post ka dito forspecificquestions, sagutin ko asap. And by the way, zubuchon is overrated and expensive. Try CNT or rico's.
