I need as many recommendations for hardwood floor refinishing / repairing as the Internet will allow.

Sonny of A-1 Floor Refinishing (who lives in the neighborhood) does excellent work at a reasonable price. 215-387-8225

I used Ford (5049 High St, Pennsauken Township, NJ 08110 Phone:(856) 661-1311) several years ago and was very happy with the work they did.

Carlos Roldan - 267-475-8418. Just did our whole house and did a great job. And he was the fastest to call back and come out for an estimate of anyone we called AND he was able to fit us in right away.

I love Harvey Alexis. http://www.harveyalexis.com/#2915 along with floor refinishing, they're awesome cleaners and do all kinds of handy work.
We had an accident with a delivery this week and the guys knocked one of our front house lights down. Does anyone have parts information from the builder? We want to see...
Terry J. replied:
DR Horton Corporate was helpful when we contacted them initially for something. You can go online to their website and send a request and someone should call you. Surely you won't have to "drag them through the mud. " ; )
Georgia N. replied:
Nah, not drag DR Horton through the mud... the furniture company. So far they've been really responsive and setting up appointments for repairs. It's just these things are not fully metal. They're a lighter metal with some plastic mixed in, so it's unlikely they can do anything but "super glue" it back just so it can fall off again:/
Georgia N. replied:
Update: DR Horton can't find any of the information, because the contractor they used went out of business a few years ago. I did find the *exact* design, but it's in a different shade. I can't just replace the one in a rusty brass and leave the other three in pewter, so we're pinging the furniture store to see what the next steps are. Hopefully they cover all 4, otherwise we're looking at a trip to small claims court:(
