We had a great experience with Nate at Payless Insulation-Austin earlier this year when we had insulation blown into our attic. They also insulated our interior garage walls. We noticed instant savings. We decided to go with cellulose and through the bidding process learned that most places do one or the other, so it is probably a good idea for you to know if you want cellulose or fiberglass.

A good while back, my neighbor (also in old town) used John Kyser Construction and I know they've done a fair amount of work on her house and I've been impressed. She's got a screened-porch but I don't think they had to create it from scratch as it was original but had been enclosed at some point in time. Anyway, I haven't used them yet but have considered it.
