Where is it from? Places like sears are exclusive to kenmore, or the brand they sell. Unless you bought it from a "Skagerrak appliance", or someplace like that, places like sears and best buy will just send out services like A&E Factory direct. 888-635-3356

Sorry I couldn't help more, Casey Dollison --simple things but sometimes that is all that is wrong. Never helps to try right? Try not to open the doors on either...food will keep in there a day or two. Might have to enlist a person to help you cook it but it should be fine if not opening doors if any consolation.
