Does anyone know of early morning (7-8am start times) yoga or Pilates classes in town? I don't want to join a gym and am looking for a studio type class. Thanks!

We will be launching our Sunrise Yoga classes every Monday and Friday 7-8 am starting Jan 18 th. $15 per class or buy 10 classes for $120. We also have Vinyasa Yoga every Tues and Thurs 10-11 am. Pilates and Meditation with Alexis Avvento-Mann starting at 6 pm every Monday.
