two of the companies listed above told us we needed a new unit to the tune of $5500. We called James Shook and he fixed it for about $200. Two years later it's still running fine.

Air Control installed our new A/C 10 yrs ago and it has never worked correctly. Bud Anderson has given us the highest quote to fix and/or replace. I haven't attempted another company yet. Just sitting here with 3 window units running my electric bill up. Hopefully the husband decides to try someone soon.
William B. replied:
call James Shook because he's very honest.

We've had really good service from Bella Vista Heating & Air. Their phone number is 479-273-9640. They installed a new unit for us last fall. We got proposals from four different companys and their price and warranty was pretty much the same as Air Control. I think either of them would be a good choice.
