I recommend Tim Landis who works at Hilton Marathon on 48 in downtown Centerville. He has great experience, knows a lot, has been doing it forever, usually comes in right where the quote was, lets you know what problems might arise, and which ones can wait a while, and happens to be a member of the church too.
