I met with someone at lake west and they charged me 50 buck because my insurance didn't cover it...did you talk to the allergist about it? My allergist is really good about this kind of stuff...Dr. Hostoffer

Since the NEO Institute of Functional Medicine and Nutritionist Robert Iafelice are certainly on board with the whole organic/pastured animals thing, they may very well be willing to barter with you for services. It certainly never hurts to ask.
