Best bet by far is A1 Appliance. Locations in Anoka and Mpls. All appliances are totally refurbished with a 6 month warranty Delivery and haul away $20

We have Service Plus as well. I like the security of having priority with Centerpoint if I need service. They were great with my furnace a few year ago. The monthly fee seems pretty reasonable. They will work old and new. Our furnace was 13 years old and the service professional was very upfront about how old it was. When he got done, he shared the repair would have been over $500. I didn't pay anything other than the monthly fee. I'd rather pay a monthly fee than a big one time bill.
