We have been taking Mel to Shashi Kapur at Arizona Pediatric Dentistry from her first check up and she still enjoys going to his office at 16 years of age. He has an office in chandler and one on the west side but is closer to the 10 and 101. Not sure if this may be to far from the area you want. 4145 N. 108 th Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85037 623-344-2000. And of course he has an office in chandler.
