I am one of the admins in this group. I personally think that a good realtor can give you lots of advice on what area would be best for you based on your interests and concerns. Charles Town is a nice area, especially being so close to historic Harper's ferry. I would suggest not going to Berkeley county, personal preference. You can pm me if you want to know why. But Charles town is, for the most part, fairly quiet.
