Also, Scott & Platform. Keep in mind. This is all unofficial. By law. Dogs are not allowed on beaches.

2) My personal bias obviously, but I work at How 'Bout Your Pet located in Yacht Haven Grande. We carry a vast array of items for your pooches and we also host a number of dog-friendly events. You can look us up on Facebook and also check out our website. www.howboutyourpet.com 3)Yacht Haven is officially the only place at the moment that will allow you to have dogs on property. As far as I know, there are no "legal" dog beaches, although a lot of people take the risk and bring their dogs to a couple beaches anyway. We also don't have an official dog park-at the moment. But there's still a large community of dog owners and lovers.

Anyone have a hurricane prep/grocery list or tips they can share?
Brian E. replied:
More later but this will get you started. Hurricane Preparedness DAY three or more days warning of possible storm. Clean up all exterior areas. Cut weak trees and bushes back Trim all your garden Freeze 2 one gallon jugs of water. (when power goes out put one in refrigerator, then rotate when you have power) Fill all tanks, cars, generators, spare gas/diesel cans Be sure to have a few flash lights with extra batteries Bug spray is also good to have around normally but after a storm it can be horrific without. Buying a bunch of canned food is not good unless you eat that stuff regularly. Great time to do all the chores you have been putting off. You will be surprised at how many things you will think to do and need when it comes close. If you think you living space is not a safe place find a friend and have a party. Try not to drink too much you never know what you might have to do the day of the storm. DAY two days you should have; (only get things you will use storm or no storm) Large garbage bags - water causes lots of problems and you can place personal bedding, clothes art work or whatever during the storm if you have problems. Stock up on dry goods that you normally use You can freeze some food, but keep in mind if there is no power it will begin to thaw. We count on some of that and plan accordingly. Ice cream makes for a great party during and after but does not stay frozen for long. Know where all exterior pots and furniture will go. If have big things and need help should more them at this time. Get Cash, after storm ATMs and banks and credit card machine maybe down. Everyone still takes cash. Double check all shutters, and parts see what you may need. Have a coil of small rope for any number of reasons. Cheap, will keep forever. If you have tools of any sort get them ready and find a place you can access during the storm if needed.

we got a ton of it, u can come take a piece and literally throw it on the ground at your house, don't even have to plant it, and it will grow like crazy. We cannot grow anything but this stuff, u can't kill it.. We made some mushroom and spinach soup at Lucky Tree in the garden and it is awesome. I put bacon crumbles on mine, cause how could that be bad.
Eric T. replied:
Brianna Burks- sure we got a crap load of it. Bring me something I can plant. I will give you some spinich to plant and some to eat. And Abby would like a mermaid tail !!
