Not Stanley Steamer, other than that I'm looking for recommendations too!

We used "Above and Beyond" out of chatham before we moved into our new house. We had 4 rooms plus like 16 stairs and it was only like $125 if I remember right. Very reasonable and did a great job.

I've tried almost everybody. Nyilas and Chem Dry are the best, but they are expensive. Above and Beyond were the cheapest and got the carpet clean, but there was a strong chemical smell for a couple of days after. Stanley Steamer is useless, and I haven't tried Clean Rite.

Stanley Steamer is useless. Carpet looks worse after they have "cleaned" it.
