Hi Shannon, thanks again for reaching out! 1) In the state of AZ, the law prohibits you from blood or marriage. If you are related by marriage then the answer is no. As a Notary we must remain impartial to every transaction. 2) On our website you will find information about notarizing a will and trust docs. Just keep in mind that giving advice or assistance with the docs is the unauthorized practice of law. Just make sure that you follow all of your Notary laws to comply with the state.
