Western New York Dental has some good dentists. I've had good luck with everyone I've seen there for cleanings and am going to their oral surgeon too.

Might be a bit out of the way but Dr. Marchetta and Dr. Flanigan in Lancaster are great: http://ldapc.com/ Switched to them after becoming unhappy with my current dentist about 10 years ago - they've been absolutely great.

Emanuel Gambocorta on Dick Rd. Across the street from the 7/11 and right down the street from Wegmans. Been going to the guy since I was 4 years old. It's a pretty big office, and they do lots of work there, but everyone knows my name and they treat problems like they are no big deal which is pretty relaxing when it comes to dental care.
