Cut & Blend is the best. Relatively new but I've been going since they opened. Be ready to wait up to an hour though. Get there before they open if you can, and you should be good.

I love Yankee clipper. TVs everywhere and they do a great job. They also keep many barbers on busier days so the wait is not too long. They also are one of the only ones that are open mondays. http://www.yankeeclipperbarbershop.com/chelmsford/index.html
