I used Jérome Poulin (819-918-8468, jpoulin1967@gmail.com) for my last 2 real estate transactions. He’s bilingual, very detail oriented and thorough, will answer any questions you have. Not sure he does all of the items you listed though. Inspectors are only allowed to look at things in plain site. No opening walls, moving furniture, etc.

http://www.alopure.com/accueil/ it says they provide 24 hour service and they do. They came at 1 am the first time we needed them as they had been on a job in Luskville when we initially called. They didn't want us to have no water in the morning when our son woke up, he was a young baby.
