Hi Emma. Well you havn't tried Bowen yet then have you ??? I can cover Cheltenham and can be flexible with appointment times. Bowen is a really gentle form of soft tissue manipulation that is perfect for all ages, health issues and can be administered during most 'conditions' - including pregnant ladies ! there is a web site if you would like more info - and please pm me if you would like to chat more.... www.bardleybowen.co.uk

Hi Emma Bolton. I'm in Cheltenham and I treat pregnant ladies with massage and/or reflexology. Postural changes in pregnancy can make the muscles contract a lot and this makes things very painful. If you would like to contact me please see www.reflexologyandmassage.co.uk or give me a call on 01242 675115. Best wishes with whichever route you try :-)
Helen M. replied:

I am also a Bowen therapist- Bowen can be given throughout pregnancy and often women find it really helpful during their pregnancy.
