Samcheongdong isnt very baby friendly, unfortunately. Most places are quite small and for "couples" only, with no high chairs or room...

There isn't any. Closest you will come to is Vatos, which is Baja style Mex. it is in Itaewon. Great food, but it is not traditional Mexican food. http://vatoskorea.com/en/
