Richards House of Pain (well that's what me and the wife call him Susan Jones) in Blackwood works wonders. He enjoys seeing you in pain but FairPlay he's bloody good. I think it's £20 for the 1 st session then £15 after. The Wife will forward his details if you like. Xxx
